Guarantee
Every jewel at TMW Jewels Co. has been examined by our experienced buyers, and we use our vast knowledge of styles, materials and fabrication techniques to thoroughly vet each piece. All items are guaranteed as described, including condition, gemstones and metal content, and approximate date of manufacture. We extend a lifetime return policy for authenticity.
Because many of our pieces pre-date formal grading by gemological laboratories, some of our diamonds have not been certified. In these instances the diamonds have been given an approximate grade as the mounting permits by our staff gemologist(s).
While all of our antique and vintage pieces are in functional and wearable condition, please be aware that certain pieces may require special care. We are happy to discuss further, and help you determine how different pieces will stand up to your daily activities.
The jewels in our collection are decades, often centuries old. They might show signs of age and wear of varying degrees, and are sold "as is." We do our very best to describe and photograph these items accurately.
We offer one complimentary sizing with every ring purchase with the exception of eternity bands, and complimentary cleaning and stone-tightening for life. Insurance valuation appraisals can be provided for any piece purchased from us upon request.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, wire transfers and personal checks. All check payments must clear before items can be picked up or shipped.
Lay Away
Lay away is available for all purchases for up to three months, with 1/3 payment deposit. All payments must be received in full before items can be picked up or shipped.
Repairs
We retain expert bench jewelers and are glad to facilitate repairs and alterations whenever possible.

We do not process or ship orders during scheduled closures & holidays.
International Orders
Packages will generally arrive within 3 – 4 business days, however customs clearance may cause additional delays. Purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery. FedEx will contact you once shipment has cleared customs to collect the total amount due. Refused shipments that are returned to us will not be refunded without reaching out to our customer service department at cs@tmwjewels.com or 212-869-8444.
Due to fees related to customs and duties, we regret that items sold and shipped to addresses outside of the United States are usually not returnable. If you would like to view an item before finalizing the purchase please reach out to our Memo Department at sales@tmwjewels.com for assistance.

Extended return period may be offered with pre-approval at our discretion. Please get in touch if you are planning a special gift or proposal, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Store Credit
All store credit and gift cards expire 12 months after issue date.
